1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how RitzWerks, doing business as “Ritz Stevens” (“Ritz Stevens,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with a principal place of business at 2100 Brabant Drive, Plano, Texas 75025, collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website, ritzstevens.com (the “Site”).

This Policy applies to the Site and to information submitted through the Site’s forms. It does not apply to information we collect from advisors and firm owners who have signed a separate Network Membership Agreement or Retiring Advisor Consulting & Succession Match Agreement with us — that information is governed by the confidentiality terms of those agreements.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily submit through forms on the Site, including:

• National Successor Advisor Registry: full name, email address, phone number, and details about the type of practice, market, or timeline you’re looking for.
• Membership Consultation Request: name, email address, and any message you include.
• Contact Us: name, email address, and message.
• Join Us Application: name, email, phone, and information about your practice or background.
• Find an Advisor Inquiry: name, email, phone, and details about what you are looking for in an advisor.

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the Site — such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed — through our hosting platform’s built-in analytics (see Section 5, Cookies & Analytics, below).

We do not knowingly collect financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers through the Site. Please do not include this type of information in any form submission.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information submitted through the Site to:

• Respond to inquiries and consultation requests;
• Evaluate membership and Join Us applications;
• Operate the National Successor Advisor Registry and identify potential matches between retiring advisors and successor advisors as part of our consulting and matching services;
• Send you service-related communications (such as confirming a form submission or following up on your inquiry); and
• Maintain, secure, and improve the Site.

We do not use information submitted through the Site to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

4. How We Share Information

Prospective matches. If you submit information to the National Successor Advisor Registry (or otherwise indicate interest in being introduced as a successor or retiring advisor), we may share your submitted information with retiring advisors, firm owners, or prospective successor advisors we work with, as necessary to evaluate and facilitate a potential introduction. This is the core purpose of the Registry.

Service providers. We use third-party vendors to operate the Site and its forms — including our website hosting/platform provider (Automattic / WordPress.com and its Jetpack service) — which process form submissions and store them on our behalf.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ritz Stevens, our users, or others.

Business transfers. If Ritz Stevens is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information collected through the Site may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Cookies & Analytics

The Site is hosted on WordPress.com and uses Jetpack, both operated by Automattic Inc. WordPress.com and Jetpack may set cookies and use similar technologies to operate the Site, secure it, and provide aggregate visitor analytics (such as page views and traffic sources) through Jetpack Stats. We do not currently run separate advertising or third-party tracking scripts on the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies may affect some Site functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain information submitted through Site forms for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, operate the Registry, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request that we delete your information at any time (see Section 8).

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

• Request access to, or a copy of, the information you’ve submitted;
• Request correction of inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of your information from the Registry or our records; or
• Withdraw from the Registry or ask that we stop contacting you.

To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 12.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for advisors, firm owners, and adults researching advisory services. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, individuals under 18.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent changes. Material changes will be posted on this page.
