Pricing

A fraction of what you’d pay elsewhere.

Because we’re not in it for the transaction. We’re in it for what comes after.

Succession help is usually priced as a percentage of everything you spent a career building — and the relationship tends to end at closing. We do it the other way around. Planning costs you nothing, the match is a flat fee, and our support continues long after the handoff is done.

What It Costs

Two sides of the handoff. Two simple prices.

No percentages. No retainers. No surprises.

The $2,500 matching fee is collected once you and your successor enter into a letter of intent. Non-refundable. Full terms are set out in the services agreement signed when you engage us.

Monthly membership. One year service agreement. For specifics refer to your Pricing Guide or give us a call.

Why It Costs Less

We’re in it for the long haul

A traditional broker is paid at closing. Once the papers are signed the relationship is over — and the price reflects that, because a single fee has to be worth a career’s worth of work.

Ritz Stevens is built the other way around. Matching you with the right successor is the beginning of our involvement, not the end of it. When a retiring advisor steps away, we stay — guiding the successor, protecting client relationships, and helping the firm grow into its next chapter.

That is why we can charge a fraction of what you’d pay elsewhere. We don’t need to take a piece of your life’s work up front, because our success is measured over years — not at a single closing.

What This Means For You

Whichever side you’re on

If you’re passing the torch

You’ve spent decades building something worth protecting. Our consulting costs you nothing while we plan the succession, value the practice, and structure the handoff. You pay only when we deliver what you came for — the right successor and a signed letter of intent. And when you step back, the firm doesn’t lose its footing, because we’re still there.

If you’re stepping up

Ownership shouldn’t require starting from zero or writing a check you can’t afford. For $1,100 a month you step into an established practice with clients, systems, and reputation intact — plus marketing, consulting, coaching, and a network of advisors who have done this before. That support is the difference between inheriting a firm and successfully leading one.
