Ritz Stevens Launch℠

Everything that makes independence work — without going it alone.

Launch gives ambitious advisors the marketing, guidance, community, and succession access to build a firm that lasts — at a fraction of what the alternatives cost.

Open to advisors starting their own RIA, breaking away from a broker-dealer, or already independent and ready to grow. $1,100 a month, flat — no revenue share, no equity stake, no long-term contract.

Going independent shouldn’t mean building every system, finding every client, and solving every problem by yourself. Launch gives you the infrastructure of an established firm and the counsel of advisors who have already done it — while you keep your book, your brand, and your independence.

The Hidden Value

The Launch benefit nobody asks about.

$10K–$100K

the annual overspend we typically find when we sit down with a firm’s books

When advisors think about coaching, they think about growth — marketing, client acquisition, practice management. Fair enough. But one of the most consistent things we see when we sit down with a firm’s books is how much is being spent on tools, platforms, and services that aren’t earning their keep.

In our work with firms across the country, the overspend typically runs somewhere between $10,000 and $100,000 a year — not fraud, not waste exactly, just decisions made years ago that never got revisited. A CRM nobody uses to its full potential. Overlapping compliance tools. A subscription someone meant to cancel eighteen months ago.

Part of what you get with Ritz Stevens is someone in your corner who’s seen enough firms to know what’s worth paying for and what isn’t — and isn’t afraid to tell you to cancel something. It’s not the flashiest part of Launch. For a lot of firms, it’s the part that pays for the rest.

What’s Included

One membership. The whole platform.

Every advisor in the network gets the same backing from day one.

Marketing that fills your calendar

Campaigns, content, and positioning built specifically for advisory firms — so you spend your time advising, not prospecting.

Coaching from people who’ve built firms

Direct access to people who have built, scaled, and transitioned real advisory practices — plus one-on-one coaching that turns their playbook into your action plan.

A tech stack chosen for you, not sold to you

We don’t sell you software — we help you choose it. Straight guidance on the right CRM, planning tools, and compliance providers for your firm, so your tech stack fits how you actually work.

Back-office help so you stay client-facing

Practice management, workflow, and back-office guidance so the day-to-day runs without swallowing your week.

Independence, with backup.

A network of advisors who share what actually works — tactics, referrals, and honest counsel from people in the same seat.

First look at practices before the market sees them

Members are first in line when a retiring advisor’s practice becomes available — ownership opportunities most advisors never hear about.

Your Team

You are not buying a login. You are getting people.

Every Launch member works with the same team from day one — the same names, the same numbers. No ticket queue, no rotating reps, no offshore script.

A succession consultant

Your point of contact for valuation, matching and the mechanics of a handoff — whether you are buying into a practice now or in five years.

A marketing lead

Owns your positioning, campaigns and content calendar. You approve the work; you do not have to produce it.

An AI coach

Sits with you on where AI actually helps — meeting prep, research, client comms, back office — and where it will get you in trouble.

A peer cohort

Advisors at your stage who have already solved what you are solving, plus the ones a few years ahead of you.

Backed by 15 years in the business. Plano, Texas.

Getting Started

Your first 90 days.

Launch starts with work, not a welcome packet. Here is what the first quarter actually looks like.

01

Week one: the map

We go through your book, your systems, your spend and where you want the firm to be in three years. Nothing is prescribed before we understand it.

02

Weeks two to four: the audit

We go through your tools, platforms and subscriptions line by line. This is where the overspend turns up, and it is usually the first money you get back.

03

Weeks four to eight: the build

Positioning, campaign and a content calendar you can actually keep. We produce the work; you approve it.

04

Day ninety: the review

What worked, what did not, what we are changing. Then the plan for the next quarter, in writing.

AI Coaching

Put AI to work in your practice.

The advisors who win the next decade will be the ones who used AI well. We coach members on adopting it the right way — client communication, marketing, research, and back-office efficiency — so you capture the upside without the hype or the risk.

Who It’s For

Built for advisors at a turning point

New & Rising Advisors

Driven and dedicated, but tired of building alone. Step into structure, mentorship, and a path to ownership without starting from zero.

Advisors Leaving Their Firm

Ready to trade a broker-dealer or a boss for real independence — with the infrastructure to make the move without losing momentum.

Successors & Owners

Whether you’re stepping into a practice or preparing to hand one off, the network supports both sides of the transition.

How We’re Different

Not a rollup. Not a directory. A partner.

01

You keep ownership

We don’t buy your firm or take a percentage of your revenue. You keep your book, your brand, and your independence — we supply the infrastructure behind it.

02

Succession is built in

Most networks help you grow and stop there. We connect the advisors growing today with the practices changing hands tomorrow — the pipeline others can’t offer.

03

A fraction of the cost

One flat monthly fee — no revenue share, no percentage of your life’s work. See exactly what it costs on our pricing page.

04

We stay for the long haul

Our involvement doesn’t end at onboarding or a closing. We stay engaged as your firm grows into its next chapter.

Good to Know

Launch questions

Do I have to be selling or buying a firm to join?

No. Succession is how many advisors find us, but Launch is open to any advisor who wants the marketing, consulting, coaching, and community the network provides — whether a transition is years away or not on your radar at all.

Do I keep ownership of my practice?

Yes. Ritz Stevens does not purchase your firm or take a percentage of your revenue. You keep your clients, your brand, and full control of your business.

Do you help advisors use AI?

Yes — it’s one of the fastest-growing parts of what we do. We coach members on where AI actually helps a practice (marketing, meeting prep, research, client communication, and back-office workflow) and how to adopt it responsibly, so you get the efficiency without putting client trust or compliance at risk.

What does Launch cost?

$1,100 a month, flat. No revenue share, no percentage of AUM, no equity in your firm and no long-term contract. Advisors passing the torch through Next Destination℠ pay a separate one-time $2,500 matching fee, collected only once a letter of intent is signed. Full detail is on the pricing page.

I’m at a broker-dealer. Can you help me go independent?

Yes. Many of our members are making the move to the RIA model. The network is built to give you the infrastructure and guidance to transition without losing momentum.

Do you provide the technology and compliance software?

Not directly — and neither do the big networks. What we do is help you choose. We consult on which CRM, financial-planning, and compliance providers fit your firm, so you build the right tech stack without the trial and error, and you keep your own vendor relationships.

How do I get started?

Book a consultation using the form above, or start your application. We’ll learn about your goals and map out whether the network is the right fit.

Does Launch pay for itself?

Often, yes — just not the way people expect. Beyond the growth side, we regularly find $10,000–$100,000 a year in products and services firms are paying for but don’t need. Having someone who can tell you what to cut is part of the job.
